They have that 7 day duration line written in the three earlier hot times too, but they really have no such duration.

Why does Hayato's level 150 Katana have extra stats and critical rate and the fan doesn't?

I really don't think that is supposed to be there, I think they left that part over from Hayato's hot time hat.

Got a level 70 knuckle
The 5-star enhancement scroll failed
the epic potential scroll gave me a quite lame potential
I used the 10 sengoku coins to buy a fan scroll, which failed.

It does, it's a 50% chance rather than the usual 100% chance though.
