Its not attack.
Its literally "plus x damage"
So a 200 with +1.5 att per level will deal 300 more damage
Also, same applies for hp mp to dmg.
Doesn't affect range

More or less correct.
Basically, if the Paladin/Buccaneer card was supposed to add 400 damage you only see that at the end of your actual damage although it is reflected in your range.
So if you dealt 200k in one line of blast it'd become 200,400 damage; it is not calculated within the damage formula itself.

Oh right, obligatory "Tell us what is your main" prompt goes here. Honestly, you're kind of limited in terms of pure attack but Kanna adds boss damage, the Thief deck adds maximum critical damage and the Pirate Deck adds PDR ignore.

Paladin actually affects your range, Bucc does not.
If we assume SS cards for both, and your character is 200, if your range is 100k, and you're using a 300% damage skill, the following is true:
Paladin:
How your range appears: 100400
Actual range: 100400
Damage done: 100400 * 2 = 301200
Bucc:
How your range appears: 101000
Actual range: 100000
Damage done: 100000 * 3 + 1000 = 301000
Depending on what skills your using, either one can be better than the other. High % damage skills would make Paly better since it actually affects your range (greater than 250%), while lower % damage makes Bucc better (less than 250%).

this is correct, however the paladin card DOES go to range*, the other two are correct. and the hp/mp one works from your BASE hp, not your buffed or equip hp

It will become 109,999 x 4 hit ?

It will become 102,499 x 4 hit ? [ 9,999 / 4 ]
this is hard to understand

No, it's not divided, it's added to every hit. So, 109,999 x 4.
