Secondary Weapon Update Question - Nocturne - 2013-03-15
Since the update will make shields be able to obtain weapon potential like kataras do, I have been wondering if it will be possible to scroll a Dragon Khanjar with a One-Hand Weapon scroll after the update. Anyone out there know anything about this with other shields?

No, it's still a shield, it can just get weapon potential.

It would too. Your shield has not changed its category, the only thing that is changed is the potential options.

Wait, why not using Shield for attack scrolls?
3 attacks guaranteed once passed is better than a random 1~5 wa positive chaos scroll no?
I get 1~2 stat 90% of the time I used a positive chaos I swear.

Shield attack scrolls/magic attack scrolls in GMS are absurdly rare (I think it's only possible to get them from Gacha nowadays)

They don't yet. Basically you'd be looking out for the same patch that gives secondary weapons to all characters as that's the same patch that gives the weapon potential options to shields.

The Secondary Weapons for all update came with Evolving World and the Warrior and Magician Hypers.
Best bet is that it's coming next patch.

Also my luck with 10% shield scrolls wasn't very good when I first tried (all 7 failed). Plus I've been fairly lucky with positive chaos scrolls gaining an average of 3 attack per successful scroll.
