I been wondering this since we've got a lot of new monster since its release in GMS :f6:

Not as far as I know, no. I haven't seen any new ones in the data since they were released.

Yeah, you're right. They also added another tier of familiars (神話 / Mythology), but I think they just modified existing familiars to be included in that tier. Beyond that, I don't remember anything being added.

It sucks that Nexon Japan doesn't care about the Crusader Codex anymore, since they don't seem to be releasing any new cards or familiars.

Yeah. I think it was just intended as a money scheme, with Familiar potential and all of that.
