Do you need to complete all the "quests" for it? One of those quests requires me to use a VIP coupon, but it doesn't work on my Android and I don't want to change my Royal Hair to VIP.

In the other thread someone quoted Waltzing saying the quest will complete when the hair coupon expires, even if you don't use it.

I got it by accident. Opened the Tot's Know-How UI for the first time about 10 minutes ago and clicked the little present box icon and it gave me the level 10-60 equip boxes and the chair:

^ Gonna go out on a limb and assume that this glitch only affects Dual Blades. Mine got the chair+medal for doing nothing as well. He also doesn't seem to receive any of the "Replay" quests, so. . . .
