Kaiser Attack Speed and Transfiguration - FallenMemory - 2013-02-04
Quick question about Kaiser's transfiguration. The skill says:
Stage 1: Attack Speed: +1, Speed: +5, Jump: +10, Power Stance Chance: +20%
Stage 2: Attack Speed: +1, Speed: +10, Jump: +20, Power Stance Chance: +40%
Does this stack? Basically I'm asking if I get to stage 2 will I get Attack Speed +2, 15 speed, 30 Jump, and 40% Power Stance or will it just be the effect from stage 2? Thanks.
