I have enough coins to buy either the cape or belt from the shop at the moment (bought everything i really wanted basically). Seeing as I don't exactly have the funds to buy the tyrant or nova gears or the empress cape, i figure free cape or belt is cool. Current cape is clean with 6% str and current belt is 4 atack +5 all stats from potential. I do have access to all the Heliseum bosses, but nothing beyond the big spider drop rate multiplier.

Get the belt since I've only seen the Heliseum mini bosses drop either a cape or shoe. You might get lucky and find a Nova version from them as well.

I got the cape, because Empress cape is ridiculously expensive for non-Thief classes, and because I was going for the Mystic set so the belt wasn't worth it for me.
