 NOTE NOTE NOTE: About special groups

As each of the mighty players enter, they receive a letter. Perusing it, they each seem to decide to store the letter for later. What is unfortunate is that moments after each of them hide their mysterious envelopes, they are transformed - not into anyone in particular, just a meaningless blob.

Some of them appear to be driving, although exactly what vehicle is being used is unclear. Each of the fifteen enter the house, shudder a little bit, and make their way up the grand staircase.

The dining hall up the stairs is magnificent. Chandeliers grace the ceiling with radiant crystal stars, and the main feature of the hall - a long, ornate, wooden table - is exquisite. Clearly, no expense has been spared. Each player, reduced to a generic image, sits down.

Someone important walks in, and as if to state the obvious, shouts, "SOMETHING FREAKY IS GOING ON HERE AND WE ARE GOING TO FIGURE IT OUT."

There are several evils among you... but will you be able to figure out who they are?

Let the game begin.

The Epilogue will end at 9:00 PM PST on Monday, January 28, 2013. Congratulations, town!

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
A computer screen turns on in the dining hall, illuminating the room. In it, a chatroom opens up. "#spmafian", it reads, and it rings with the sounds of the dead.

I'm giving this a try. If you join the #southperry IRC channel through the website, or through some other IRC client like Mibbit or IRC, you may now access the #spmafian chat channel. This is an open channel that will function like the discussion thread: That is, dead players may talk in there, and no information about the game may be talked about. I will be moderating this channel and I expect you all to behave. We'll see how active it gets and if it can be an option in further Mafia games.

To join the channel in any IRC client, type "/join #spmafian" without the quotes attached.
