If the OP is talking about this helmet (http://maplearchive.com/item-wp.php?id=1002757) I believe it was from some event from way back when that a specific guild won? Or maybe it was a world, was quite some time ago. But it can be equipped by all classes as opposed to this one (http://maplearchive.com/item-wp.php?id=1002009) which is warrior only.

As pointed out earlier, the "football steel helmet" (literally labeled as such, lowercase and all) was a (very silly) reward for a guild contest Nexon held YEARS ago. There's only one per world, I believe (from Scania to Bellocan?), so it's pretty much a collector's item.

yes yes it was a guild event, bellocan pirates got it. I wasn't in pirates at the time, but i bought this helmet for 30M in fm. it was the best 30m i ever spent.
and i just gave it to xxsilencer because he begged hard enough
