So, while signing up for a Nexon ID I read, If you use someones KSSN you may go to jail for 3 years plus a fine of 10,000,000?
Isn't that a little to much? Seeing that I'm kinda of scared that someone might was been born on my birthday and has the same Seed Numbers that I generated.

Well considering it's basicially identity theft, I don't see why you'd be surprised. I do doubt the fine being 10 million dollars though, if its Won, then its only equivalent to about 7,000$
