Only background shows up at start-up - JakeAndBake - 2008-12-06 EDIT: Problem solved When I start up my computer, It brings me to user log-in, but once I've logged in it just displays my background, and no matter how long I leave it it doesnt load my start bar, or any icons on my desktop. What is wrong?

I just had that a few days ago! It took me like 4 hours to fix cuz mi dumb, I googled the problem and a website showed me what to do, but I don't remember which. googlepls.
