Kind of. The only buffed stat i can think to care about is that seeker hits 4 times instead of 2. Which probably makes up for the loss of regen rate.

Well, we got the CMS buster, which is weaker than the KMS buster. Still pretty strong, but know requires more funding to reach insane levels.
