1) I'm not sure I'm understanding Dragon Slash's damage properly. I think it's something like this, with Dragon Slash III maxed...
- Slash #1 does 170% x3 to 8 mobs
- Slash #2 does 150% x5 to 6 mobs
- Slash #3 does 160% x5 to 6 mobs
...Which adds up to, if I calculated correctly, 2060%. Am I doing it right, or does it work another way?
2) With one point into Giga Wave, does it already out-do Dragon Slash III, in terms of 1v1?

Well, Gigas Wave is 1 target only, but it's at least comparable in damage on that 1.

I happened to be at Herb Town catching up on some quests, so I decided to kill that Centipede boss to check. Gigas Wave (1) killed the thing about 20-30% faster than maxed Dragon Slash III.
