1. Is the mechanic character card capped on the extra duration you can have?
2. If I have a mech card in my 1st and 2nd deck, will they stack for 30% bonus duration? (assume theyre both S-level)
3. What are the exact changes coming to character card system? Ive read somewhere that you will only be able to have 1 class card in all decks, but theyre giving you an extra deck. Is this true? What else is there?

yes, they should stack, the change is that you get 9 character card slots (3 sets) but can't use the same class more than once (so your second mech would turn useless.)
