Does cannoneer revamp compensate for -40% from buckshot? - Takebacker - 2012-12-24
Simple question. I want to know if the -40% damage is offset by the +10% damage, +20% crit rate, +20% mastery, and 50%/45% buff to barrage/bazooka respectively. It sounds like it's easily enough, but i wanna know how much the overall increase/decrease in damage is without factoring in the 3x hit count.
