idk if its a name change or a returning hacker, but theres a new lvl 200 BM thats pushed other existing lvl 200 chars down in rank, and it has the NEW flag on his ranking

It only says new because he's just been unbanned. He had some temp ban for whatever reason. He's been 200 for quite some time now.

Thats because you just want to push a button, then chat a few lines then push the button again. At least that is what I see when I watch my wife play her Bish. I asume the same goes for Mages spamming ultimates...
Idk much about BM training, but as a sniper I find it quite active and challanging. Not much time for chatting...which it ok for me.

80% of my training is typing. I don't see how a bowman can do that though, considering they have to hold down hurricane for it to fire rapidly.

People that gets to 200 these days aren't anything spectacular to me anymore. All they need is either:
a) Lots of money (to buy double EXP cards)
b) Lots of mesos (to buy leeching services)
c) All of the above

Even with 2x im still impressed with the amount of work that goes into a level 200 legit character, just because theres a bunch out there now, doesnt mean its still not a challenge. Granted its not as much of one as it was before 2x, but without 2x, it'd just be ridiculous, I'd feel more pity for the 200 than awe in that case.
That said, a leecher cant leech past...14x at latest i'd say, so a fair amount of work would have to go into that still too, but I agree that im not really impressed by that.

Let's use this as an analogy. There have been 42 presidents of the US now. Is Barrack Obama becoming president not a spectacular achievement?
You're comparing an achievement in a video game, to a great achievement in real life? Being a president is something else entirely different, you're controlling how the country runs, and you're affecting people, whether it be positively or negatively. Being #1 in [insert server here] is different. You're only lv 200 to boast about "HEY, look at me, I'm level 200! Just because I'm lv 200 in a game means I have a really huge e-penor!"
If you're using the anology in that concept, there are several similarities along with differences, but I happen to find my differences of more importance.
Similarities?
-You're paying money (campaign, for Obama. Double EXP, for [insert IGN here]
-Devotion
Differences?
-President actually makes a change (economically, etc). Lv 200 person doesn't really make any. "OH WOW, another lv 200 person who leeched his ass to 200 along with double EXP cards!" Along with.. -points at the other 20+ lv 200 people-
-Real life ; Video Game

Where's YOUR evidence? silverbg2 has admitted to buying from Aymen leveling services which IS ILLEGAL according to the ToS.
This can go back and forth buddy, but anyone who even plays legit anymore knows 95% of the level 200s in Scania are illegit.
