I'm so full of these questions, but here's my next one.
So the Dogma Cap was Unique on reveal. If I were to Cube it, would it stay on Unique, or can it change its tier like any other item?

It would stay Unique or possibly go higher if you use super cubes.

The item would remain unique if you were to cube it; any cube used doesn't have a chance to lower the tier on items, only a chance to raise the tier up. Super Miracle Cubes can go up to Legendary tier, while the other cubes have Unique tier as it's max.
Recently KMS released a cube called a "Strange Cube" which does have a chance to lower the tier on your item, but it can only be used on Rare and Epic potential items. Strange Cubes are obtained from killing bosses.

With standard cubes, you can only go up to Unique, and then cube Unique.
