Incredible Chaos Scroll of Goodness 40% - CrazyForDex - 2012-12-08
Can someone tell me the range of attack that one of these could give an item?
I thought normal incredible chaos were +/- 1-7, but at this point there are so many types of chaos scrolls that I am all turned around.

Not a definite answer but I'd believe that it's indeed 1-7 since a normal Incredible Chaos is +/- 1-7. Source

If anyone gets any stat increase outside the range of 1-7 please let me know for curiosity's sake.

err, i can only say that it's most probably 0-something, as in it can give no stats if it doesn't want to.

I'm pretty sure there's no difference between Miraculous and Incredible Chaos Scrolls. It's just a different translation of the same thing. They're both 놀라운 혼돈의 주문서 60% in kMS.
