Link Skill cannot be linked to other chars on Cannoneer - Satellite - 2012-12-02
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Finally leveled Cannoneer to lvl 70 for the link skill, but for some reason the game thinks I'm not level 70 yet.

Relog, change channels, go to the cash shop, etc. Then try again.

Figured that out on my own^ I guess it's still a minor bug but case closed.
