As the title says.

Do their skills actually have Lightning Element, or does it only apply if you have Sparks (which I assume adds Lightning. I'm not sure.) If so, what skills of theirs have Lightning Element?

Which was a retarded move, I can understand revamping Thunder Breakers too, but why take away the skill that makes them what they are?

Sparks just attacks another mob after your attacks, has nothing to do with giving you Lightning Element.
