If you are going to try downloading both on one computer, i'd simply recommend saving one in a different folder (for example, EMS in 'Nexon' and KMS in 'Nexon 2')
When I tried to download JMS it overwrited GMS and I had to re-download the whole thing. Saving them in different folders means you can have both.
Hope that makes sense.

If you really want, you can have GMS, EMS, KMS, TMS, JMS, all on the same computer, if you have enough space for all of them. Just save them in different folders.

Well no, You cannot RUN both of them at the exact same time. They both count as Maplestory.exe

You can run KMS and GMS at the same time.
You can install multiple MS versions as long as you have separate folders.

Hrm. I tried to run GMS and JMS at the same time and it gave me the Already-Running error.

same, i tried to run ems and nothing happended then i looked at exe's name, both ems and kms is maplestory.exe means same program

You have to start one before the other. I dont remember the order.

tried it, when i click icon at desktop, it locales u to maplestory that is currently opened.
