I've never played smash competitively, aside from getting into 64 a little bit, and even then I didn't really play in any tournies except for one that was set up by the RAs in our dorm. I've never thought of going/competing in an MLG tournament and find some of the drama over such topics to be humorous (someone gets buttmad over losing to someone else in a tournament and makes a giant fuss).

I'm not exactly sure how I found out the site. I think I stalked Khoi awhile back when he linked something on this site or put it on his profile (pretty sure this is what happened.) All I remember was that the community was active and they had a social section which reminded me of sleepywood, however without all the site drama and administration problems. I more or less frequent the site to play forum mafia.
