No, he is trying to ask how much damage that potential combo will do on a boss that has 25% PDRate.

not 100k range x 1.40% boss x 1.09% total = 152.6 % dmg to boss?

The former. %Boss is counted under %TotalDamage. They stack additively, i.e. 30% boss with 12% total damage is 42% total damage on bosses.
