Misses and Avoid skills - Marksman Bryan - 2012-08-19
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
When an avoid skill activates (specifically Potential Power - probably affects similar skills like shadow shifter) or an enemy attack "misses," the "breath" cooldown time does not reset. It will only reset when absolutely nothing happens. This is incredibly annoying when trying to switch gear for decent buffs. This has been going on for as long as I can remember, but never had a problem with it until trying to buff at bosses.

huh?
Not that misses don't give invincibility anymore, which is annoying on another level but has been that way for a loooong time. KMS is like that, but they do not have the glitch I am referring to. Merc's with tons of avoid can sit in front of PB and get miss miss miss and switch equips and buff. I cannot do that.

Yup, got this too. You can't switch gear or move items or drop items during the "catching breath" time normally associated with getting hit, even if they miss on you.
Kinda defeats half the purpose of high avoid chances..

Posted it on the Nexon forums, since having it just here will likely do nothing. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one experiencing it.
