Does anyone know when the hot time is in JMS? Preferably in PST?

Assuming the time is the same as Hayato's Hot Time, it was 4:30am PST I think.

According to Shikage it's at 8:30PM Japanese time.
From what I can tell from this thing, PST is 16 hours behind the time in Tokyo. Not sure if that helps
