can horntail pendants be upgraded more than once? I've only seen them upgraded once in screenshots and such.
a screenshot would be nice please; i want to check it out cos a bonus of 45+ dex sounds crazy!

I think only once with egg, but you can upgrade it even further with Chaos Scrolls..

Yeah well if you get lucky and get 8 on your main stats and they eventually come out with being able to get 2 more eggs.
