Dr. Pepper made a bet with America that Guns n' Roses wouldn't release Chinese Democracy in 2008. It's been delayed for nearly FOURTEEN years; it's first recordings happened in 1994. It was released today (and I can't wait to pirate it), and Dr. Pepper fufilled their little promise.
