Bought it, tried on Carte Finale, it said cannot be used on item
Timmy's potion does not work on cards
EDIT: It does not work ON MANY ITEMS!!! I just tried on my Super Zakum Helmet - cannot.

I was about to say this.
It's not like your literally risking anything. Some mesos maybe, but if it explodes, you can just buy another one. Hell I used 10 pot scrolls just to get a 3 liner.
