Its mainly for having more int at low levels so I should probably use +4 all stat instead of +1% int nebs right? I probably won't potential for fear of blowing it up, and I might remake the top, bottom, and shoes.

But, but , but why? You do not get more MP from having more INT anymore, and the low levels rush past so fast even with clean crap gear.

Mage classes still do get more MP from additional INT, but only Mages. Thieves/Warriors/Pirates/Archers are unaffected by it entirely. [MENTION=2861]Patt[/MENTION]; did something like this to level an I/L to have the most MP possible a few weeks ago.

Ah I see. I thought it was a universal change. How odd that it still applies to magicians.

Yeah, it's kind of bizarre. Though since magicians have Magic Guard it kind of makes sense that they have some means of getting more MP.
It'd be nice if STR affected HP.

And Dex/Luk can give like a reduced HP ratio too for those squishy classes.
