I saw the info of patch 1.79 of KMS, and i noticced that they are getting new NPC. Where are they going to be? new place? new area?

A new area called Eleb/Ereb or Elev/Erev, so far we're leaning towards Eleb. It's not out yet but it will be soon.

So just basing on pronunciation theory, it could be エレブ or エリブ in jMS, and Eribe/Erive or Elibe/Elive in gMS.
