Are the Mastery Books you exchange from the Mystery Special Mastery Book from the Renegades shop tradable?
Also, can I exchange it for Maple Warrior 20/30?

Special being 100% success rate? I've seen a few in the free market. I know 100% there is a tradeable Arcane Aim special book because I bought one and traded it to my Bishop.

When you use one of the ones from the Renegades shop, do you get to pick what book you get or is it just a random one? Are there level 20/30 books or are they just the ones that max the skill immediately?

The Special Mastery book that is 55 coins is choice and it raises the skill's cap to max.
The class specific ones give random level 20/30 ones.

there is a b ug with the mystery book? my mercedes can't get a book when i click the special mystery book.
That means i get to choose but when i choose the desired book doesn't appear and the gray book is still in my inv.
