Actually I'm pretty sure it's a guy. A few weeks ago they released new hairs, one of them being Suu's hair, and what do you know, it's for males Tongue

Nah. I meant he/she/it is one of those characters that you can't tell the gender of just by looking. (Like Crona from Soul Eater or Envy from FMA)

That is affirmative. It's a recent update, I believe.
