This may actually be a new area. The sound track they used on the site isn't found in the game in any shape or form. I recall that JapanMS used the Neo Tokyo tracks as the BGM for their teaser page before it was released as well.

Taking a look at the MP3 file, the size and length are comparable to recent BGMs (roughly 2 minutes in length, 1MB or so). The bitrate is also identical at 80kbps. What's really interesting is that they left the "Contributing artists" tag on as "StudioEIM". Is that the third-party that Nexon goes to for their soundtracks? Everything points to a new area of some sorts.

Lmao. NTL is a part of that list. NTL is the developer of Dragon Ball Online. I guess that means the same people who do the music for MapleStory do the music for Dragon Ball Online. :f6:


All of the JP players are speculating this is a JMS-original class. It's certainly not far-fetched with what we've seen from GMS, CMS and TaiwanMS as of late.


The most popular speculation is a Samurai class, as a warrior (of course). If that is to be, I have 37% STR (34%, if it doesn't use shields) that I can use on it. That would be extremely convenient.


Another interesting speculation is that it's an expansion to Kaede Castle. That would be nice.

For Samurai, it would probably be a Two Handed Sword wielding class considering Samurai uses both hands to wield Swords/Katanas.

The right bottom part looks like a japanese traditional boat to me, I don't know the name but my dad had one.

Compare the left part of this one and the right of the image, and look that in the JMS image there is a flat darker ground but there is some smog in it (the clouds) so i'd be a sea/lake.

So, I vote for another Jett/Dragon warrior but with better design and probably not a total copy of corsairs and buccaneers.
