1. She can still cast DR in gms
2. Phantoms can negate DR which is a huge advantage for them. Even though mercedes dps > phantoms, phantoms technically have more time to attack so their damage per hour is a lot higher on DR bosses.

RoI/Hurricane is 120ms.
Drive is 180ms.
It's HPM and DPM. Not HPM/s and DPM/s. HPM means "Hits per minute" and DPM means "Damage per minute".
