Now I think I saw someone post a SS of them not being able to get the job advancement as a level 31 beginner.

How is it possible that mrPRECISLY was able to get pirate job at level 72 as a beginner.

This hasn't been edited, and he has been a beginner and he did become a pirate within his 72+ levels.

Doesn't matter because he's a hacker.

Aside from that, he MAY be level 72, but is his job title "Marauder"? I wouldn't know.

Ahhh, ok he probably isn't.

Good point.

You can advance after 30, you do not get your SP. That only happens if you advance in 11-29.

Yeah, you can advance just fine. However, you don't get your lost SP compensated past 29.

In other words, his Pirate is as pathetic as he is.

To be a little technical, he will only get the one skill point for the job advancement if he's over level 29. My brother wanted to be first on rankings as a pirate, so he leveled a beginner like, to level 50. When he did the job advance he only had the one skill point...and the rankings weren't even working Cool

Though, advancing late instead of at 30 is fail anyways, since you'll miss out on several hp, on the other hand, advancing late at 3rd job is totally fine (which I did at level 77 lol).
