I know this have been brought up before but I would like a confirmation.
Is this list correct or is it wrong?
1-30 - 1 att
31-99 - 2 att
100-150 - 3 att
150-200 - 4 att
200-225 - 5 att
226-250 - 6 att
251-265 - 7att
261-280 - 8 att
281-300 - 9 att
When the scroll works on a weapon or can they give less/more w/m.att?

no, they always give those values, but there is a small chance that it gives no attack at all.
