Is there some special requirement to add people to this expedition?
The expedition requires people to be level 120+, yet my Mechanic and Mercedes can't be added to the expedition even though they are level 120 and 4th job...

It seems to be 140+ for all characters except for Cygnus Knights. I remember being able to invite my 120 Wind Archer and a lv14x Bowmaster, but unable to invite a lv13x BaM.
