Dear Maplers,
Last week, we spotted erroneous prize information in the [Remembering First Loves] event section of the Event Notes. The permanent Pink Bean Chair was actually a 30-day Pink Bean Chair. The notes were immediately updated with the new information, but this quick fix unfortunately removed the original information without much explanation. We updated the post one more time to give you an idea of what had occurred and to let you know that we were looking for a way to make it up to you.
We understand that this drop in communication has caused some frustration, and we apologize for the mishap. We will try our hardest to clearly announce and track changes to the game in the future.
As a token of apology, we prepared a gift for you in the Cash Shop. Once you finish the 8th day quest for the [Remembering First Loves] quest, please pay a visit to the Cash Shop and claim one free Chair Gachapon Ticket.

Why not just give us the PB chair? No one is actually going to spend 500k NX on Gacha to get enough stamps for a PB chair when you can "sell" NX for 1k:1m and be able to buy 3 or more... And rates are at least 40-60 times that.

Seeing this notification made me really happy that I didn't bother doing these events and even happier that I haven't bothered with Maplestory in a while.

On my 6th and final ticket I did manage to get a permanent tradeable chair. So I guess I came out of this good, since I wasnt after compensation anyway.
But it is a bit of a silly choice I think. People complaining about not getting a permanent chair and then compensating them with another expiring chair. A bit like throwing a red rag to a bull.
