If my eMS hermit wouldn't be in Ludi I'd go check right now. I suppose it's not permanent since it's just an event addition, haunted house still didnt have the headless horseman, etc....

I just asked some eMS friends in MSN, and they all confirmed me that the mansion is still there.
Edit: Probably they removed the spawn because 97% or so of eMS is below lvl50. I don't remember the exact statistics.

I marked it as permanent because they use the NLC taxi to get there, from NLC, and there are no CS restrictions to get in. They've also had a patch since then and if it's still there, that should be proof enough.
