Second quest Icebyrd Slimm gives you (NLC Under Attack) apparently tries to give you an item and tells you your slots are full. I have free slots everywhere.
Can't continue with the quest chain...

not only that, but wolf spiders drop nebulite boxes at an almost 100% rate, lol
you can find them by going right from nlc and never stopping

Next up, buy alien cubes or do that quest that takes you 60 days to complete (300 kills, 5 times per day) for a B rank neb -_-. Well problem semi solved with forfeiting quest anyways, boxes on the other hand not going nowhere.
