How does one obtain them? i read in a blog that you don't receive them automatically but from a quest
*SP Reset Scrolls are NOT distributed (unless you do the Maple Union quests). However, you will get a specific amount of skill points for 2nd job.

What are the maple union quests? is it just the one where you talk to npc's and receive the 500hp/mp medal and 5 to all skill?
