first, we'd need 4 lines.
it is possible to have items like that... if you have the NX that is, or the luck. preferably the NX.
it's possible to get 2 or 3 lines of 12%, but it's something not even hackers bother trying.

Argh.. The 2 rings from Akyrium (Guardian's Eternal and Berserker's Eternal Ring) and Blazing Sun Ring can be potentialized right?
Btw, I'm refering to the Legendary Tier cubes.. The green and colorful ones

there was scrolls for armor for str in the legend shop, they probably used those. i saved myself a few.
