So according to a few comments on this thread (scroll down to hoggie1982's comment and then read the next few posts), ignore PDR on the Codex is working now.
Can anyone confirm this? It is basil after all...

Wow, really? I thought it's always been broken. Then again I haven't tested it out again since it came out.

kMS did not get the updated Monster Book with their Cross Hunter/Silent Crusade, so it wasn't fixed by copy/paste.
