I have tried unequalising everything.
relogging
submitted a ticket to nexon with video but as you can see it is unlisted and they have not viewed it yet (going on 2 weeks)

I believe people came to the conclusion that the AP resets don't work on characters that are below their "Job Stat requirement" and/or used the 10 free AP.

It is definitely the 10 free ap they gave for the compensation
put them into hp/mp otherwise ap resets wont work

They`re not working properly in ems either, try to hang on a rope while you use them, at least it solved my problem.
