The main incentive to get married in MS has been gaining access to APQ and getting apples, but since you can get 1 billion mesos for the same amount (or even less) that it cost to get married, every day there are less and less people willing to participate in it. The greatest solutions would be taking measures to fix the economy or curb the availability of those illegit means, but since this is Nexon we are talking about that will never happen so just add a new uber great item to make it popular again.
