I dont see a reason you would need to. When the Union/UA revamp hits, I believe all existing UAs will get the revamp anyways.

If you call getting the spirit summon for your respective class a "revamp" then sure, UAs get one.

I heard something about UAs made after the revamp having the proper amount of health and inventory space, but I'm not sure if it's actually true or not since it was just a rumor I heard from some henehoes.

I literally just made my UA 4 days ago :l

Did they revamp the method used to make a UA? Like can you make more than one, or were there just new skills added?

There's a new skill you can get after making a UA that gives you an HP and MP boost depending on your class, but already made UAs can get it too. Inventory space was not touched.
