It's because people would only talk to him about SW and nothing else, and how much they hated Adura and so on. Since he could never break the mold of being "that guy from SW which is a place everyone hates", he left. I don't blame him tbh.
I think if he had remained a bit longer and stopped being so defensive about all of it then he would have been fine here. But breaking out of that is difficult.

with cube system, you dont need lukless gear, get 120+ gear and cube till you get perfect stats = spending all your paycheck with nx.

Int and Magic Attack are no longer at a 1:1 ratio, sadly.

^ You can look here to get a gist of the new formulas, though some of the formulas I posted might no longer work because they've been changed in subsequent patches. That will at least give you the barebones introduction, though.
