When do you think CS Innocent Scrolls are coming to GMS? - IImaplers - 2012-01-18
Title + another question about them: I know they reset the item to average stats (regardless if said item was above/below average from the get-go), but do they also make the item lose it's current potential as well?

I'll answer the question that has actual merit:
The Innocent Scrolls reset everything.
It pretty much just replaces your existing item with a brand new one.

Well, I know it cannot be predicted but it can be reasonably guesstimated by someone who knows the process of the general timespan between them being released in KMS to subsequently being released in GMS. That's why I asked "when do you think", I didn't ask "when will it come". Thanks guys! It's a good thing they don't reset/take away potential.
