I SOMEHOW managed to get EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of my 1.5x cards. Its probably because I used a grand total of .....50 potions from level 10-120?

All classes get them on levels 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100. The notification is under the STAR quest tab on the left side. The quest is titled "Legends Never Give Up".
Keep in mind that you can ONLY receive the cards if you are on the designated level. If you overlevel to say..86, you cannot get the cards for 85.

I dont mind the stacking so much, But they last so little time, and you get so many so quickly, you almost dont have a chance to use all of them before they expire.
