Gonna make some criticism here: this game has so much stuff going on at once and out of the player's control that it almost seems like we are on drifting ship (yeah, ironic).

Thats the only thing that i dont like much from mafia games, RNG does almost 70% of the job O.o

Normally, no. If people are more active and there are less random based events going on the game tends to get pretty thought-heavy.
